要会英语， 找一个讲英语的人聊上一两个月, 即可. My wife had poor English when she came here. Two months after she started making spring rolls with a high school girl, her English suddenly became good. She never read any English book outside school work.

文章的本意其实没什么错，关键看你怎么定义"学好英语"，还有学英语的目的是什么。以前念书的学校education college 不错，全美排名都靠前。我的室友是上外过来读PHD的，他的导师忠告他如果毕业想留美在本专业谋个教职，非精读上百本原著不可。。
