1. Most of the Siebel's customers are giant (like bank, insurance, and so on). This means abnormal profit. Generally, rich firms would like to pay more to get good products and services. Siebel can keep the price until the goal turns to the small to medium enterprises.
2. The sales person of Siebel knows nothing about Siebel. They have the ability to sell their products before the customer understand what it is. Oracle, Enbridge, WorldCom, and .com companies become wealthy in the same way. When everyone understands what the companies are doing, these companies will lose money.
3. Sieble's customer service is bad. This means they don't have enough time to build up his yard. The company going forward too fast is like this.
4. Siebel's business in China is worse than most of its rivals (Oracle, People soft, sap). Because the businesses in America and Europe are too much for Siebel to earn. It doesn't have time to care the business in China (comparable, high danger, low reward).
Above all, Siebel is still fast growing. CRM is still hot. That's all. I'll loot it using half of my money once it drop down to $12-13 again更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
