i opened an account last Monday in Royal Bank which a friend recommended to me. I ever wanted to withdraw some cash from bank machine in mall, but it failed. And then i wanted to pay the supermaket, still couldn't get successful. This Monday, I called the bank. I was told that a 1002$ and a 20$ was withdrew from my accout. Faint!!! who stole my money? when i rushed into the Branch of Royal Bank where i opened my account. a clerk inquired my account and no money in my account was lost. i withdrew a 20$ for test. it's ok! When i asked the reason why it was like that, no answer!!! so u can see, what bad service from Royal Bank!
