1.If you are planning to transfer your number to another carrier, we do not recommend deleting your account as this will affect the process. Your account will be deleted automatically after the transfer is completed.
2.Package active on the account will be forfeited after the account deletion.
3.Phone numbers that were transferred to Fongo will be returned to their original carrier.

Hi! It may show that the number is already assigned to your new carrier however, the port-out is not been completed and it's cancelled. You will need to contact our carrier to follow up on the port or service will be interrupted since the number is still active in our system.
